Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To start a return, email trisendekllc@trisendek.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used lip and face care items cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. After we receive and check the returned item, we refund the original payment method.
